Genetics never die.
He trains his legs very seriously , I am 9 years older than him, and I hit my legs 4 times per week, I am 65 on this photo. When you get older you need to train your legs more than 2 times per week. Medium heavy higher reps.
What's your reasoning for this?
Do you feel that's why many pro bodybuilders start to lose their legs in their 40s - they don't increase training frequency?
