Couple of quick questions. I'm running 300 test and 300 primo. My labs came back and my estradiol is 18.4 pg/mL (8-35 pg/mL range). Previous labs for my 200 mg test only trt put me at 64 pg/mL. I actually feel much better with mood and anxiety at 18.4 pg/mL but have heard higher estrogen is beneficial for anabolism. I have 5 weeks left on my cycle so instead of increasing my test dose, I was thinking of adding in DHEA to raise estradiol. Is this a good idea or should I leave everything as is?
Second question relates to IGF. My labs came back at 181 ng/mL (range 84 - 270 ng/ml). I'm 42 years old so I'm sure this is probably a normal result for my age. For future cycles, would it be worth adding in 2 IUs of rHGH to increase IGF? I've watched several videos on YouTube from popular bodybuilding coaches who recommend low doses of insulin and rHgH for older guys that run cycles. To be honest, I don't feel I got that much out of my current cycle even with eating 700 to 800 cals over my TDEE. I have put on 14 lbs in 13 weeks but my body fat has taken a hit.
