Lactic Acidosis

Any of you guys ever had, or have, lactic acidosis?
I will know tomorrow if I have it. Had blood work done last week.
If you've had it what did you do to get rid of it?
I'm experiencing every symptom possible.
Poor sleep. Muscle cramps, muscle ache/pain, and muscle weakness.
Can't do anything comfortably.
In so much discomfort my desire to train has diminished greatly.
Please steer me in the right direction. Anything that will help will be much appreciated.

lactic acidosis is an acute life-threatening condition, usually in the setting of severe hypoxic organ damage, it's not your issue

I know it can be fatal. When I set up the appointment with my doctor he called me back and said if I feel worse to go to the ER. The blood work will show yay or nay if I got it. They're checking for any other issues as well, i.e. any deficiencies.
Could be thyroid, or any other ailments.
If I show some sort of Lactic Acidosis what things need to be done. The doctor may prescribe some type of sodium bicarbonate.
Any input?

Your body has a magnificent homeostasis that constantly corrects acidotic or alkalotic states, your blood pH is balanced by a highly sophisticated and efficient system. You should probably stop worrying about this and just see what the blood work says. I can guarantee that you will not be acidotic. You would have a pre-existing condition that would predispose you to acidosis, and likely be in an ICU. The possibilities are endless.
