Here is my glute routine
- 4 sets barbell hip thrusts
- 3 sets smith machine squats
- 3 sets single leg romanian deadlifts b-stance (plate elevated)
- 3 sets cable step ups
- 3 sets jumping goblet squats (plate elevated)
