So Im finally 100% back at it . Chest training and all. Pull ups dips and flat bench press are still a bit challeging .
Im cutting at the moment and Im in week 4now. 2iu hgh , 10mg t3, clen 12,5mg. Cardio fasted 3xpw
Im planning to use nolva when the end is near.then,also gonna try depletion diet for the first time.
