Lagging bodyparts

How do you guys deal with lagging bodyparts? I have been using a Dogcrapp style workout for some time with good results, but my biceps and calves have always lagged behind, so I wanted to get some ideas from you guys... BTW, the reason my biceps suck is probably because when I was a boxer (5 years), I was always told not to train biceps because it decreases your reach, so I followed the advice and never worked those suckers out.

Try

Try out high volume for about 4-5 weeks on those muscle groups that are lagging. The 2 that you mention seem to respond considerably well to high volume training IMO.
Do 3-4 excersizes for 12-15 reps. 45-60 second rest between sets.
Creates some wicked muscle burn but really helped me out.

Been hitting every muscle twice a week as DC outlines in his training, i will up the reps and the volume for those two muscles as you said to see how they respond.. Thans bro

BF

Hitting them twice a week at that volume may send you into overtraining. If you can adjust your workout somehow, try working those 2 muscle groups 3 times in a 2 week period instead of 2xweek.

get some high rep training in on light days to aid capillary development in those muscle groups, more capillaries equals more blood flow and more nutrients

Dont train your biceps

You are overtrained and remember that you train your biceps when you train your back that is enouff, dont be afraid an touch with 2 hevy sets your biceps every 40 days
