I was told to wait an hour before eating. I am up at 5am and don't eat until 6:30am so this will work fine with my schedule.

Im sure the longer the better to a degree. I was just stating the minimum as in "dont take it then eat right away".

I take mine then hit treadmill and shower so its about 45 mins at least.
