[lang=vi]I know this must be more challenging and very tough for the beginners but on the other side, regular workout people may have done this with some strict workout and diet. Here I think this will help the beginners.
1. Follow your New Diet & Food Chart: start eating the most protein, calcium and vitamin food item like fish, egg, meat and more. If you want to lose your 2 pounds in a week than cut out about 500 calories daily.
2 Limited snacking: say no to any kind of snacks and fried food items.
Keep your Records: Take advice from experts according to them start recording your activity your food chart and all.
3. Great drinking help you: As much as possible start drinking between short time gaps. More drinking will help you're cut out the more calories.
4. Start daily physical activity's: According to the expert there are lots of physical things you should be done at outside your fitness gym house like take stairs than lift or escalators.
5. Start gym: The most important and one of the best way to loos fat and calories is start gym and workout, but if your target is high then this workout is going higher than normal days, try to do specific excessive for a different part of your body.
6. Pushing you towards gym: If you are getting bored and lose your motivation than start something inspiring like takes your picture every week and compare it with other previous week pics. Like this there are so many things you have to do, start fitness boxes every month this will also help you a lot to motivated yourself into your gym workouts.
