500 mgs of test, 150 mgs of anadrol, one of the strongest guys on the planet. More doesn't equate better, and he learned it from experience.

Guys only 21 too I believe.
 
Ahhhh to be 21 again.....I was strong as shit then too, tendons are all tight and nothing bothers you, any injuries heal fast.
I do like the lower dose mentality he has, I always preached more is not always better. I am a bit concerned at the 150 mg anadrol somewhat, never went that high but at his young age, the sides should be smaller. He should get the high BP under control (trust me).

well 150mg anadrol daily is a lot and will make anyone stronger. Add some freaky strength genetics to that and you have a strong beast.
 
its just soooooo hard for me to watch anyone bench over 3plates....

I just cant watch it.....

anyone with a pec tear knows....
those who don't know never think its gonna happen...

I use everyone else's pec tears as a cautionary tale for myself not to go too heavy on it. I'd rather use a weight where I can do 10 reps minimum if I use the barbell for the bench press.

I like doing dumbbells for this very reason. Better contraction in the chest as well.

Kinda sucks tho, that little voice in the head is always suggesting doing bench on those days.

I've had strains and micro tears, I'm waiting on mine.

Been benching over 4 plates since I was 18.

I usually do a 405 for 12-14 (14 was my PB) then move up from there if I don't burn myself out with 405 first and try to jump up too heavy I always get a little strain with 495

if its gonna happen......it will happen with a weight that you've done
1000 times already.....

that's usually how it goes.
 
He's a genetic freak who should be playing a professional sport rolling in $$$ not powerlifting.
