Some older guys took these for me this am. I ate the darn buffet last night and in addition to needing to lose about 12 more pounds of fat, I am watery too.

We had our junk up meal for the week. It was perfect. I had 9 desserts. I kid you not. That Bellagio Buffet was VERY good.

Thanks for the compliment on the legs. They used to be my best body part when I was heavier, before my goals changed and I started doing all this cardio! [I want to avoid high bp and open heart surgery if possible ] Now they get pretty stringy, but I actually like them okay in this pic.

I didn't want to be a pain in the ass. lol. They were nice to take these.

I think the USA competitors are safe.

I met Homonculous- That guy is nice and has a great attitude about bodybuilding and competitions. He is big and lean with a smaller bone structure and carries a lot of quality muscle.

* I usually just delete any pic I don't like and take another one until I get one that looks okay. lol
