Lasix or Dyazide - where to buy

My comp is in four weeks on 5th Oct wanted to know if any of the sponsor on this forum sells Dyazide or Lasix.

Opt for none. Just come in shape. But I know this will fall on deaf ears.

I agree!! If your prep is right you shouldn't need a diuretic. Most people i see at comps who say they holding water either are not lean enough or taking something thats causing it or just did something stupid the last week to screw it up.

I agree...and i am doing the best to come in shredded as possible...this is just yo keep at hands for the last minute resort as i tend to hold water in my lower back and tht was the commemt i received from one of the judges in my last show...tht my lower back looked a slight bit soft..mostly i w ll end up not using either of the two.. :)
 
This was yesterday evening before hitting gym... 4 weeks out from comp.

Come in conditioned but if you need a little extra then use dyazide

Judges often don't know how to express what they are seeing. Just because he said you were holding water in your back doesn't mean it was water. Most likely it was just you still had some body fat, which would make sense, because that is one of the last places to go in some guys.

You just need to give yourself more time to prep, take a good offseason to reverse diet and get your maintenance intake up real high, and then you can coast in.
 
Judging from your pic your lower back is little extra body fat. Thats the hardest place for me to get lean. For 4 weeks out with some hard work you should be ready. Try and be ready a week out and just don't do anything crazy. Matt Porter has a link on Md that discusses the last week screw ups!!! If you can check it out. Remember what got you to this point, just keep it simple. All this carb, sodium, water manipulation can really ruin weeks of prep. My clients don't use diuretics , we keep the sodium and water in and do a simple carb up starting day before. this protical i used on 2 clients this year and both came in dry, full and both said they felt great day of show, no cramping, dehydration. Now i know everyone is different , had 1 client it took 3 years to figure out how to bring his best to show, thankfully he gave me a second chance to prep him and it paid off for both as he won heavyweight and overall last year. If you want to experiement the last week is NOT THE TIME TO DO IT!!! Oh and do not take lasix!!! I made that mistake a few years ago! Good Luck!!
