Judging from your pic your lower back is little extra body fat. Thats the hardest place for me to get lean. For 4 weeks out with some hard work you should be ready. Try and be ready a week out and just don't do anything crazy. Matt Porter has a link on Md that discusses the last week screw ups!!! If you can check it out. Remember what got you to this point, just keep it simple. All this carb, sodium, water manipulation can really ruin weeks of prep. My clients don't use diuretics , we keep the sodium and water in and do a simple carb up starting day before. this protical i used on 2 clients this year and both came in dry, full and both said they felt great day of show, no cramping, dehydration. Now i know everyone is different , had 1 client it took 3 years to figure out how to bring his best to show, thankfully he gave me a second chance to prep him and it paid off for both as he won heavyweight and overall last year. If you want to experiement the last week is NOT THE TIME TO DO IT!!! Oh and do not take lasix!!! I made that mistake a few years ago! Good Luck!!
