Last effort to calm gyno, any other options?

I have gyno, I plan on getting surgery in a year. Anyways, currently in contest prep. Nips always swell in contest prep. I have been on letro, nolva, and prami.

Letro- 2.5mg ED, 100% sure my pharma grade tabs are real, they dry me out and work like a charm when bulking. I have a large batch, all from the same order.

Nolva- 40mg ED, 100g of raw powder, been using it forever, always worked.

Prami- 1st time using it, pharma grade. Went up to 2mg ED, get all of the damn horrific side effects of it.


Tried all 3 for over 3 weeks, still my left nip is swollen. Current drugs,

Var

Any last resort things? Maybe bromo?

Drug absorption is essential.

While I can't comment on Letro, nolva, or prami, I know that aromasin needs to be taken with a HIGH FAT meal. Same with accutane(although this is obviously for a different side-effect).

Moreover, there are two compounds in grapefruit juice (naringin and bergomottin (spelling?)) that disable certain enzymes in the intestine which can increase drug absorption several fold, particularly hormones.

Just as an example, I can take 25mg of aromasin without a high fat meal and see nothing in terms of gyno suppression. Now I'm down to 6mg every 4 days, taken with a handful of almonds and whole eggs and I have ZERO gyno (and I'm on 1000mg test enth).

Look up drug absorption for your list of compounds and you may be surprised at how effective an easy tweak can be.

Could be the tren a not responding to therapy. Maybe I missunderstood what you were saying, but get off the gear before thinking about gyno surgey.

its probably prolactin gyno from the tren, are you taking a high dose?

tren is probably the worst steroid you can use, because it causes gyno so eaily.

Drop the tren and see what happens. I have had issues with it as well. Will never do it again.

I tried letro at 2.5mg for 6weeks and prami at 1mg ed for 6weeks off AAS to try and rid gyno i got on cycle..nothing...i then introduced toremefine at 100mg for 5days, then 50for 5 then 25 till it was gone and it worked wonders!

If only I had caught it earlier.

Nolvadex did nothing for me, however toremefine is amazing.

^ exemestane and tore keep my nipples from getting puffy/bigger. Tore also increases ejaculate volume which is kinda fun sometimes heh.

however if I go off the tore the nipples revert straight back to puffy/swollen.

The most effective SERM for treatment or prevention of gyno is Rolaxifene.

I'd try Rolaxifene for 5-6months, but would blast Exemstane or ATD for the first 8 weeks or longer.
