Last meal of the day

My last meal is typically at 2000-2030 and I go to bed around 2215

Is it non addictive? Build a tolerance?

It’s great.
Not to be used more than 3 to 4 weeks at a time.
Take a break. Switch to melatonin, Benadryl, etc.
lots of YouTube reviews on it.
When I take it I do not get up in the middle of the night to pee or anything.
It’s non stop zzzzzzz til the alarm goes off.
No “hang over” or negative morning after sides.
Www.YourMuscleShop.to has it in 10 mg and 20 mg pills. I take 1 - 20 mg pill 1 hour before bed.
 
I always eat close to bed. Especially when I’m in a deficit. I can be hungry throughout the day but I don’t ever want to go to bed hungry. Just one way I am able to keep sustainable the way I do things.
Same here. It's easy to get through the day on minimal calories. By the time dinner time hits, and especially bedtime, I need to feel satiated or else I can't sleep and/or my mood is terrible...
 
This is always a tough one for me. I definitely sleep better with no food at least 90 minutes pre bed and my HR throughout the night stays almost 10 bpm lower that way. That said, I've I'm restricting food at all (which I usually am), I HATE going to bed hungry so enjoy a pre bed meal. I usually end up trying to be a full hour with no food and preferably 90 minutes.

It works like a Benzo binds to the same receptor its very addictive, been there done that. Its like Ambien.
 
Zopiclone is known colloquially as a "Z-drug". Other Z-drugs include zaleplon and zolpidem and were initially thought to be less addictive than benzodiazepines. However, this appraisal has shifted somewhat in the last few years as cases of addiction and habituation have been presented.

I have a little something (not breakfast) before going to the gym. Typically a cup of hot chocolate and a piece of toast.

My favorite meal and probably the biggest is breakfast when I get home from the gym. No lunch. I can’t stand lunch unless I miss breakfast.

Dinner is medium size and around 5:30. (Us old farts eat dinner early.) If I eat bigger and later I don’t sleep well and sweat like a man in an oven not to mention having terrible dreams.

For the first time ever though last night I was still awake when it kicked in I had not felt that part of it yet, only the sleep.

I felt great and “high” and smooth and mellow

Did not last long because then I fell asleep

Gotta be careful with the kind of shrooms in the salad.

Removed 7 feet of small intestines via 4 different sections (very upper section from Duodenum down). Surgeon said that it was very common for a resection like I had and that it should come back over time but he's never done so many cuts at one time.

Woah. I have no idea whether you're doing anything to ameliorate this condition, but I want to share something totally anecdotal.
A client of mine suffered from the same issue, from different causes. Substituting all the insoluble fibers for soluble ones, avoiding casein and using a low dose Ibutamoren (Ghrelin receptors activation increases gastric motility) has made a huge difference for him.

I take 5mg Reglan woth each meal (3) and it greatly improves parastalsis.
Yea my diet it mostly eggs ground meat , fish , no vegetables and very little fruit (very little fiber) cause it moves sooooo slow. Ibutamoren is a great idea , I'll definitely give that a shot.

Reduce fibers from grains mostly 👌
