Last Minute Photoshoot

I am pretty happy with how these photos turned out and wanted to share. As I am walking around at Sea World with the family, I get a text message if I can do a photo shoot the next day....Sure why not...I mean it is free.

So I cut water and sodium and took one dyazide before bed and ended up dropping seven pounds of water.

Here is the outcome.

Badass, Man! Good look. Those photos make a good case for staying pretty lean...It's nice to be able to pull off a shoot on a day's notice!!

...also makes me wanna buy some dyazide. LOL

Thank you everyone. We have to look at ourselves and be happy in our own skin. Too many of us out there compare our selves to others and to a standard that is just not us.

You look great in those shots. And you got a good photographer too. Very important.
Wish more people would invest in that. Our memory fades, we get older and won’t
always have the ‘body’ but you will always have the fotos.

I have learned to stay a bit leaner year round, so yes. I dont believe in putting on 30-40 lbs any more in the offseason when I can work hard enough to put on 5-6 lbs of lean muscle while staying in decent shape.
