Crazy leanness for the offseason! the diet you posted makes me very sad when I look down at my 6 oz chicken and 1 oz cashews

It doesn't look like that anymore. Funny thing is, I ate like that a few weeks ago and now I won't have one cheat meal for 5 months. That's just how I am.
