haha! thanks. i just do shrugs. DB, BB, in frony, behind. havy as balls, drop setd, really everything. i dont really do them now. but when i did, twice a week. now just some reps once a week to maintain.
So a couple things
1) I was wrong about start prep in Feb. I was informed I do not need to qualify for nationals by competing in same year.so won't start until April.

Thank you for the compliments. It really means a lot. Yall know we are our hardest critics so its nice to hear I'm doing at least something right. Hopefull with the help ofErgopep and our great board sponsors I will continue to grow and become a big guy like yall.
Lol if enough people would like me to,I will make a video of what I used to do in order to make my traps grow. I've just started dabbling in aas and seem to growing decent. Looking forward to seeing what I can do.
