Last Show Pics

Here are a few pics from my last show, in 2012. I got severely dehydrated from thinking zero water would get the skin thinner, and of course all it did was give me a layer of water under the skin and flatten me out, BUT I am still pretty happy with the results because learning what NOT to do make the next time around that much better....

When do you plan to compete again?

I have taken almost 20 months since the last show to concentrate on life/work etc. Did low dose TRT the entire time and nothing else, still trained hard and retained a good amount of muscle.

Just started ramping it back up recently, so we'll see I progress. Until I surpass my previous off-season size/shape/condition in some significant manner, I'll just keep grinding away. Not worth competing again unless there is progress.

That being said, potentially very late 2014 or early 2015. Again, depends on how things go.

so many people make that mistake about cutting water way to soon.
your body knows this and will start holding water, you can trick it for a short time not days

I never cut water. I drink 6oz per meal for 14 meals the day before a show. The key is carbs/sodium and water. If carbs are high and sodium slightly lowered you can get away with more water intake. Before stage I ate a lot of fast carbs but the key was to drink no water till seconds before hitting the stage.

It was there...I lost all (at least what I had) my fullness.
