It sure does, but as much as things change, they stay the same. The people in the gym, the faces change but the personalities just repeat themselves.

I've enjoyed a LONG time in the gym, and I still love it. The competitive years are coming to a close soon, so this will probably be my last real run at it. I have no goals other than to be significantly better than last time. Then the placing is irrelevant.

Laughingly, I was NOT full at all in these pics. Which makes me wonder how I would have looked had I been able to properly carb up.

I'm 6'1, so not a skyscraper but probably too tall to carry the size and mass I need to be competitive against the best guys...and I'm on the waning years of it anyways.

I weighed in at 245 at this show. No idea what stage weight was though. Hoping to bring another 10-15lbs next time. Which seems like a lot, but again at my height it's a lot less impressive that you would imagine.
