This is my first attempt at a contest. I found this site back in 2004 and it has been the backbone to my training. I have been training through injury and plan to be competing again this year. This has become the most important part of my life. I have so much respect to those who actually know how much effort, long term planning, and sacrifice this sport demands. I am currently working on a natural supplement line that will change the way bodybuilders look at their supplements, diets and training.

congrats on the improvments. I was at the show. friend won the open overall. sorry to say thta you were not 2%. more like 5-6 no one was anywhere near 2%. u looked good though, especially for first show. I am guest posing rksmiths northern pacifics 7 feath show next year, are you doign it?. keep it up man.
