Here are just a couple of shots of me taken tonight. I want to show you guys that its been a year since my hell started,and on June 1st it will be a year since my surgery. I am a fat 252lbs but its better then being 193 lbs and laying in the hospital. My arms are alittle over 20 inches and my chest has improved alot since last year before I got sick. These are not the best pics, but I just feel like posting some as I begin my progress......

Considering all you have been through you look pretty amazing......still ugly though........I did'nt want it to go to your head! I think you have come through this really well. Thanks for the words of encouragement. I do not nor did I ever have a competion style physique, I'm just a guy that likes to look big and nasty as well as throw big weight around. Yes, I am fat in these pics and ugly(thanks oldfella,haha) but I wanted to post them as a starting point because I do believe I will improve. I need to drop about 10-15 lbs from my midsection and then I should be looking the way I want.

Yes, its been a long hard year. Alot of things have happened and there are still things going on but I will be ok. My health is good,and my fiance and family are great.

I shall post pics as I improve. This is just the beginning and I had to get it out there for myself and to show anyone whoever goes through a ton of shit, that you will be back, and that muscle memory is REAL.

Yes, I did knock on deaths door, but when he answered, I punched him in the fucking face and laughed. Im back!

BN, I don't post alot here but I had to chime in...I have followed all you've been through over the last year or so and how you chose to deal with it. I gotta say, man, you are the true definition of warrior & the kind of guy I would be proud to call a friend. You say you're a bit fat, etc... - so what? Beats being buried in a box. With your focus and determination the improvements will continue to come & the extra weight will go away. You're doing great, man!!!

reguardless you look sweet. hope to be that thick eventually. right now i'm at 6'1" 245 35 inch waist. arms stuck at 18
