Apo B is a key component of LDL cholesterol, normal levels denote a good dietary and metabolic control of LDL activity. Levels of this
marker typically correlate with the LDL level, so any variation from this pattern may be of note. Apo B can be a good predictor of
premature atherosclerotic processes, so that a normal level provides a measure of confidence that these processes are not
proceeding in an accelerated manner.

APO A1 Run Date: 04/17/2012 08:07 PM
APO A1 106.3 mg/dl 104.0-202.0

As a component of HDL cholesterol, Apo A-1 is associated with a protective effect regarding cardiovascular risk. Levels of this marker
typically correlate
with the HDL level, so any variation from this pattern may be of note. Normal Apo A-1 is particularly auspicious in adolescents with a
family history of MI or other cardiovascular disease, as low levels have been shown to be good predictors of future risk.

Your creatinine levels were a touch elevated...but your potassium was above normal..are you on bp meds?

Otherwise HDL could be better....

What was your hematocrit? (Blood thickness)

Your CRP is off the charts high. Do you have some kind of inflammatory disease?

CRP (c-reactive protein) is a general marker for inflammation but unfortunately it doesn't tell you where the inflammation is in the body. Inflammation is a pre-cursor for atherosclerosis. Its more of a risk factor than low HDL for heart disease and very important to get down within normal limits. Start pounding the omegas and anti-oxidants to try to reduce it.

did you train the 2 days previous to this bloodwork?
if a good organic diet and a couple supps like niacin, coconut oil etc dont get that hdl up over 40 and ldl downward... that arimidex might be skewering things and a switch to exemestane might be in order.

will do man, thanks...
Mountaindog diet bro! It works wonders, trust me it will do wonders for your bloodwork. Grass fed beef, wild caught salmon, cage free /free roaming chicken eggs. Yum yum.

about to get my first blood tests done, couple of pointers? Does training 2 days before mess with the levels? Weights /cardio?

My first thoughts were drop the arimidex. How much size have you been able to maintain? I know you haven't been on anything really in a while

MAybe you should take 501516 for that low HDL...Ive seen worse but I dont think people know how important HDL is for your heart and general health.

No it doesnt....training the day you are getting your blood drawn can create some misconstrued test. You should always have blood drawn fasting and in a rest period.

no bloat, lost a around 20 som pounds..but also i have not been eating well. around 60 % healthy but not enough...training twice per week sometimes once..but im getting back up

sorry to hear about your mother bro, i know what you are going through, i lost my mother to lung cancer 15yrs ago. damn it was tough, the hardest thing i have went through in my entire life.

Training 2 hours prior will give you a false positive on some of those tests. I suspect your CRP is elevated because of that.

I appreciate that , same thing , lung cancer...im accepting the fact that is life and that she is resting now in peace but this is the hardest thing ever in my life.. ,,i wouldnt wish it to anyone ...
