what did you do for diet this year, and what about training
For diet I went straight back on my diet type clean foods and just ate insane amounts.
At first I only upped my carbs 100grams a day from where I dieted and re-introduced fat into the diert, kept doing cardio post wk out. I did that for about a month then went up another 50 and added in more healthy fats. cardio then went down in intensity. then after another month I went up another 50 carbs and added a tad more fat and dropped cardio down again. I did this untill I reached around 450 g of carbs and alot of healthy fats and eventually 2months b4 I started dieting I cut cardio completly. This made it possible for me to keep making gains consistnaly and sttay leaner. then the nice part was that the minute I did any cardio again boom fat came off easier again because I wasnt doing it anymore. I really hardly cheated at all especially right after the show I didnt cheat, having that huge influx of weight gain right after just makes my metabolism skyrocket and then its impossible to eat enough to make gains. the slow gradual increase with occasiaonal High days and Low days works best for me.
meals were something like this
morning
ezikel bread orcereal or rice cakes, with little bit of peanut butter and honey, skim milk and 6 omega eggs. somtimes sugar free jam jelly or syrup
meal 2 was generally either (rice, oats, rice pasta, beans, red potatoe, ezikel) with either salmon, chick, beef, tuna) drizzle of olive oil or grapseed
meal 3 pre wrk
50g whey about 1 hr pre workout creatine, arginine
in between branch chains, little waxy maize, leukic, glutmiane
meal 4 30 min after waxy maize, bcaa, whey, leukic, glut
meal 5 same as meal 2. generally I crock pot up and weigh out for 3 meals worth. either a chick rice, potatoe beef stew or salmon rice, or Lean chilkli. somthing along those lines and eat that for 3 meals. Its great because you can weigh out all your macros and cook it and its in the pot all cooked up, just scoop out a 3rd of it and it tastes damn good.
meal6 same as 2 and 4
meal 7 FF cottage cheese omega eggs
meal 8 FF cottage cheese omega eggs
Middle of night 50g whey
I also pop various bcaas, leukic and protype 216, glutamine randomly throughout the day. and take multi vits, joint suppps a few omega pills.
