I was a sceptic years back but all of you simply can't be wrong and I am about to run the Ultimate diet 2.0 (ran it before, really like it) which is very low cals for part of the week and LBA's might be perfect for this routine.
I know dosing is based on what you can afford but what is the lowest that will help?
Would 2 pre-cardio, 2 pre-WO, 2 post WO and possibly 2 overnight be decent?
