I took the Korean equivelent called Hap Ki Do for 4 years. Pretty much the same.
I've seen a couple of threads on this amino supplement, and it sounds interesting. Would this be beneficial for someone looking to lose some bodyfat while keeping/adding a bit of lbm? I'm not looking to get very muscular just get to a point that I am in the 10-15% bf range and still have some decent looks in the muscle dept.
Looks like it goes by the case, so I need to save up!
