LBA flavors

looks in your avatar you are a fan of Ai ki Do (traditional uniforms of the art). You ever take it?
I took the Korean equivelent called Hap Ki Do for 4 years. Pretty much the same.

I use it between my meals. Sip on them with plenty of water... then again right before my workout and right after the workout. LBAs have 5g of carbs per tablespoon

Yes...I have studied it for about 7 years now. I started out with Tang Soo Do, and then actually Hap Ki Do as well since they are both Korean arts. Hap Ki Do gave me my first experience with Aikido like techniques when I was younger.

Since then, I have also been involved with Wing Chun, Tai Chi, and a few others.

I settled on Aikido a while back as I feel it compliments my body type.
But I also box. Just haven't learned to get my head out of the way yet!

Hap Ki Do is a great all around Martial Art.

I've seen a couple of threads on this amino supplement, and it sounds interesting. Would this be beneficial for someone looking to lose some bodyfat while keeping/adding a bit of lbm? I'm not looking to get very muscular just get to a point that I am in the 10-15% bf range and still have some decent looks in the muscle dept.
Looks like it goes by the case, so I need to save up!
