they're fine. There have been several guys that have taken lba's then checked their BG lvls over the course of an hour and their impact is minimal.

Seriously though it's a pretty well modified version of the CKD plan , and I think his main point in the protein and fat ratios

but mostly because he did a good job marketing it !!!

Oh really???? That could open up a whole new realm of possibilities....I'm absolutely addicted to the Maple LBA's right now.

I don't see any reason why you couldn't use them on a Keto diet. They contain glycerol which have to be labeled as carbs, but aren't the same as carbs.
