LBAs Rock!
I love the LBAs and have completely replaced protein powder. LBAs not only work great (expecially when on a calorie-restricted diet), but they taste great mixed with many things (water, milk, crystal lite, gatorade, etc) and are convenient to use.
And you don't need as many grams of LBA protein as you would with protein powder, so consider that when calculating expenses. in my crude, non-scientific usage-to-date experience I'd extimate 1 g LBA protein is as good as 2 g of protein from powder.
FYI - 1 Tbls = 5 g. protein, 32 Tbls / 16oz LBA container.
