I am 28 days out of the NPC Holiday Classic in Ft Lauderdale.

Currently 181 in the mornings, flat as hell as I continue to push to make middles

40 Min fasted stairmaster 7 days
Week

6 days a week post workout 10 Min of HIIT Intervals on stairmaster for 45 sec normal and 15 sec all out

Nutrition

Meal 1
11 oz chicken tenderloin
60 g cream of rice

Meal 2
11 oz chicken tenderloin
60 g cream of rice
75 g zuchini

Meal 3
11 oz chicken tenderloin
6 oz yam
75 g zuchini

Intra
2 scoops aminos
50 g Karbolyn

Post
50 g whey isolate

Meal 4
11 oz chicken tenderloin
75 g zuchini
60 g cream of rice

Meal 5
11 oz chicken tenderloin
150 g zuchini
6 oz yam

Do you recover well with a lot of HIIT cardio?
 
Brief update: leaning out very fast almost too fast so made some changes

Cardio dropped from 40 Min to 20 Min fasted

Added 1 tbs pb to meal 1 and 4

Today adding an additional meal of
6 oz salmon
3 cups rice
14 g Mac oil
