Only a handful tested, but not good. MuscleTech came up with 'zero'. Some of the Vegan stuff is loaded w/ it.
Always wondered if MuscleTech's cheaper line (Six Star) is really just the same stuff inside. I would think so..

When I read the article I was shocked to see Optimum Nutrition and Dynatize made the list. Granted the heavy metals levels were much lower in these versus the rest, but still surprising.

Hell, even my treat brand Muscle Milk made it. Love their chocolate one blended up with frozen strawberries/bananas with skim milk; absolutely delightful!!!!!!! I have one once or twice a week so I’m not too concerned.

Seems the serving sizes ranged from about 26-360. With the larger servings having way more downsides in general. I would tend to think it was the added ingredients more then just the pure protein powder that was causing the issue.

When I have to air travel I always take some of the MRE bars. The ingredients are amazing and they taste pretty darn good.

A buddy of mine lab tested that shit a few yrs back and it had none of the shit in it it claimed. He tested it for me because I was losing weight using it several times a day and it was Suspect. It was mostly oats and like hardly any protein. Way too expensive to buy redcon garbage. All the other redcon supps I tried sucked as well.

Redcon has prices tooo cheap to make good stuff, if that makes any sense. Also, “whole food protein sources” isn’t specific enough. Every other protein in the world will tell u which types, what blend, etc. always been very sketch to me.

yup...well over 10 years here.

but, i do supp. with bcaa and eaa powder, so i guess not all. but its a pre/during workout cocktail.
and not added in with regular macros. and i get all mine from Dante.

Even though they were on the list their heavy metal levels were pretty much non-existent. I was shocked myself, but I’m still using Dynatize.
