Lead in Protein Powder

Just drink milk
We are, we simply prefer the sugar and fat not be present. I guess skim and 1-2% are not "real food" as well then. Don't eat cheese it WAS milk but not anymore as they removed the sugar. Don't eat butter, it USED to be milk but they took away the fat and sugar.

See how silly that sounds?

If we’re using the standards of prop 65 here’s a list of other things you can’t eat.

Spices, potatoes, spinach, carrots, cereals, grains, rice based foods.

I'd figure you have to really consume a lot of these drinks on the list to get any lead poisoning, but still this is something to be concerned about at least!

I never understood the need for protein powder! Just eat!!
I hear what your saying but for me it's really all about convenience. I live a very busy life and often don't have time to sit down and eat or access to a microwave, so a scoop of Synthepure in some water or milk goes down within seconds.

Never understood ppls issue with protein powder, we shoot an ungodly amount of Tren etc but protein powder thats weak..

For 28 years. I ate/prepped 300-350 gr/day of protein from animal sources a day. 5+ meals and 1 shake a day during the week. 2-3 meals and 2 shakes on the weekends. Could be hard eating a meal while climbing up a mountain or skiing down it. That does not include the ancillary aminos from the plants i ate. It took some doing to get used to eating/chewing that amount of meat a day. I took awhile for my mandible muscles to hypertrophy to the degree where it was easy. I could chew up a meal in less then 10 minutes. These days it is just 180-250 gram with about half from powders for me. I am lazy and it is easier. I think real meat is better as the nutrient/micronutrient is likely better. But we all do what we are willing to do.

do that for 6 weeks and get bloods done....see how them kidneys look.

From everything I’ve seen, high protein intake is only an issue for your kidneys if you have pre-existing kidney issues.

High blood pressure from unmitigated gear use or a shit diet is what I’d worry about in regards to kidney health.

Yeah I don't either. For me I actually like the unflavored ones, and it's a quick , easy way to meet my protein needs for the day. I know some of the coaches out there prefer there clients to get there protein from food sources but guys like me with a full time job, kids, grandkids, and tons of other responsibilities don't always have time to sit down and eat a steak or chicken with rice meal.

I got a heavy metals blood test after consuming 5 syntha-6 protein shakes daily, year round.

A buddy of mine lab tested that shit a few yrs back and it had none of the shit in it it claimed. He tested it for me because I was losing weight using it several times a day and it was Suspect. It was mostly oats and like hardly any protein. Way too expensive to buy redcon garbage. All the other redcon supps I tried sucked as well.

Not surprising, I remember they got in trouble a while back. I feel like alot of guys like to buy a brand that is owned by a bodybuilder to "support one of the bros"...id rather just buy a brand thats been around for years and is more likely to invest in facilities and quality control than some gym guy looking to make a quick buck.

Most national brand supps are garbage. True Nutrition is the go to for protein. 3rd party testing on their products.
