And you can buy glycerin and sucralose and some chocolate flavoring and make your own "LBAs".

Sure try that and send after pictures. LBAs are a mix of many things. You guys claiming fake Follistatin now are food scientists? Do you have time to train for real?

well how were you making it in the 90s? Were you mixing it yourself? Sounded like it from your post?

I'll try and make another batch soon. Last time I made a batch they tasted pretty good because I used a raw cacao flavoring powder with stevia.

Knox is crap quality, at least use Great Lakes hydro collagen or similar if you're trying to duplicate LBA

I tried the EFX ones and another brand and they tasted fuggin terrible.
Im not sure how effective they are but they were sure convenient for adding flavor
