Hi guys,
I need some advice. After a long, slow and steady cutting phase on just 250mg Test E / week, I've reached a satisfying leanness level, probably 8-9%, and I will now be trying to add some mass without getting fat. I've bumped up Test E to 750mg and added 400mg NPP/week.
On training days, 4 times/week, I'm eating a 500-700 kcal surplus, on rest days I keep my calories at maintenance level. I'm trying to eat clean, keeping fats very low. After 3 weeks of this cycle I can see some promising results.
However, I love food and I want to eat a varied diet, rich in all different fruits, vegetables, carb and protein sources.
My question is - is good quality white bread a valid alternative for rice ? Bodybuilders often preach rice, but I can't see how it's better than bread, both are easy digestible carb sources. Regarding protein, I eat mostly chicken breast, lean ground beef and white fish, but I also love things like chicken liver, chicken hearts, chicken stomachs, shrimp, squid, low fat cottage cheese. Are these a valid alternative for chicken breast?
Thanks for any input !
