Would something like this be a good idea to eat to add muscle while staying lean?
Goal: Too add muscle while staying from 10% Bodyfat to 12% Bodyfat maximun.
Eat Protein and Fats for all meal with veggies.
Post workout: eat 60G of Carbs from Oatmeal
Daily plan would be this:
All the meals would be:
1.Protein + Fats + Veggies
2.Post workout: Isolate 48G Protein + 60G Carbs from oatmeal in a shake with water and ice cubes.
Kinda like a Keto diet all day Except post workout where i eat 60G Carbs from Oatmeal.
