Ok finished up my 10 week cycle. Lean bulk. Started at 209lbs and finished this morning 217lbs. Just what we were after nice steady weight gain and no water weight. Strength was very good. I don’t usually lift very heavy but I did max on bench at 320lbs deadlifts at 495lbs and squats which are my weakness at 405. All lifts were like in a power lifting comp. my buddies all power lift. Lol. Now I’m just running Test at 500ew and EQ at 700. I will be starting my prep in March for the two shows I have come up in July and August. Can’t wait to get lean. This the heaviest I’ve been since I started loosing weight. Hoping to be at 190-195 at showtime. That would be 10-15lbs above last year, which would be awesome. 2018 for the win!!!!
