currently 220 no more then 10 percent bodyfat looking to take my body to the next level this winter what would be a great off season lean mass diet thanks alot for all your help guys much appreciated willing to do whatever it takes
what are you eating now? How fast is your metabolism, what kind of a job do you do? Basically asking a question like that in hopes in being spoon fed everything (which I hate) and not giving any info on yourself makes it impossible to help you.
metab is average i bloat easy but fat is never really an issue ever. full time college student i also work part time for my town as a public works imployee
current diet
- 1/2 cup oats 2 scoops of protein
-6 eggs 2 yolks 1/2 cup oats
-6oz flank steak salad and yam
workout
-post workout shake
- 6oz chicken broc and yam
-6oz flank steak salad and almonds
