training: 6-7 years
BF: 8-10 % ???


What do you think about cycle ?

Cycle (lean mass) - 4th cycle

1-12 testosterone enanthate - 250 mg / week
1-12 eq / boldenone - 600 mg
12-14 testosterone propionate - 70 mg / EOD (250 mg / week)
8-14 trenbolone acetate - 100 mg / EOD (350 mg / week)
8-14 anavar - 80-100 mg / ED

or.

1-4 testosterone propionate - 70 mg / EOD
1-8 trenbolone ace - 100 mg / EOD
1-12 testosterone enanthate - 250 mg / week
1-12 eq - 600 mg / week
12-14 tesosterone propionate - 70 mg / EOD
9-14 anavar - 80-100 mg / ED


MY GOALS: lean muscle mass (I do not need 30 lbs+ mass (muscle / water / fat), maybe (optimum) 15 lbs (20 lbs is maximum) and remain at the same percentage (maxximum 10 % bf).

Is this cycle good for lean mass (food / training = excellent) ? Does anyone have any suggestions for a "composite" cycle ??

Change/drop annything, add "something" (i have masterone prop, dbol, T3, clen, proviron...) ?? (sorry, i don't speak good english)

p.s. cycle length: maximum 14 weeks

Any opinion ?

My last cycle results (prop and anavar - 8 weeks) and current form...

I would run option 2. Maybe kick it off with that dbol you have. 20-40mg ed works well.
 
If you're avoiding water, 150mg of test is enough.
The rest seems alright. Have caber in hand.
EQ takes a while to kick in. 12 weeks may be too little time.

Yes, i know (12 weeks may be too little time) - 14-16 weeks would be optimal, but I want to do pct immediately after the last shot - i do not want to wait 2 weeks & (cycle max. 14 weeks, not 16 or 18 w)... Maybe EQ froantload ? First 2 weeks 1200 mg ??

Diet and training decide how the aas work . You could just stay with test and bold . No need for all these compounds . All aas enable the body to assimilate more nitrogen ( aminos/ protien ) and utilize nutrients to build muscle . I'm surprised after 7 years if training your only 210 pounds at your hieght. Study up more on training and diet along with a simple cycle

Again I have trained others as a coach and myself and gotten shredded on dbol. Your eating and training determine your body comp . Not cycle . No such thing as cutting cycle don't care who says so. Dbol powerful seen Xmas tree erectors . Fibers through tris and quads due to dieting with more powerful compounds so you can't train harder and harder . Drugs don't build muscle at all . Hard training does . Use aas to motivate you to train harder and recover . Increase volume and or intensity . You can cardio your ass off and recover quicker too. Personally I never use weak compounds . Dbol , Adrol , sust , deca , winny hgh , t3 etc

Water is controlled by diet. All your gains are diet related . People that get smooth and puffy are eating incorrectly or having some interaction . Bodybuilders are masters if how their own body uses food and training !! Food and training . Aas are just insurance of they were the answer we would all look fantastic but you need to change your diet and training methods . Straight sets aren't enough either .

Hahaha, bro i am lean... 4 months ago, i have 235-245 lbs...

When I started, I had 70 kg (155 lbs) and height was the same as today (6 feet 3 inches)....
