It's a wrap!
Hey guys end of cycle and here's where i'm at. overall i guess i'm happy but i didn't get to 225 - my goal. i did drop some BF tho - and finished at 212 - so i guess that's respectable. i wasn't crazy about EQ - not sure if I would do it again, cause the results were not stellar and it seemed to wipe my libido big time.
I figured out some good leg workouts late in the cycle - wish i had a better handle on that earlier on, because they are still toothpicks!
Next up is 6 week cruise at 100mg/wk and onto a contest prep cycle. thanks for all the support along the way!
