Yup, beat me too it.
But no doubt doing them this way works. A true gironda dip has a wide v handle but those are hard to find.

Never really thought of doing dips that way. I'm going to give it a try next time.

Just went downstairs and tried a set and it does take a lot of stress off shoulders n tris, nice, found me a new exercise.

Well I am a huge fan of dips for chest, and had never seen that form used before. And by the way I do have a gym in the basement, but washer and dryer would probably work.

I don't think doing them with weights would be a problem.cuz the weights hang between the legs I can put my legs front or back.but I just don't see how the leg position would matter.body position yes but legs?
