Leg Cramps

I have never had any problems with muscle cramping... but the past few times I really worked my legs hard, they cramped up when i got home. I take a pre-workout, gatorade, and waximaze with creatine. Does anyone know what could be causing the cramps? They last for hours sometimes and I am drinking plenty of fluids.
 
Try stretching and pre warm up’s. Do some post stretching as well. You can also ice down later workouts.
 
After doing a little more research, i think it may be tren doing it.
 
sometime when ur legs cramp u can get it to losen by tighten ur muscle hardcore for a second, and also drink lot of water and eat some banana, just a thought
 
I know exactly how you feel man...you stretch your legs out and than BAM!! Shit sucks.....

I have this same problem, tried Powerade, bananas, and lots of water and didn't work. So, my doctor told me my electrolytes might be imbalanced. So, I tried supplementing potassium, sodium, calcium, and then finally magnesium. And for me it was that my magnesium levels were low so I just supplemented magnesium citrate and it made the difference. Good luck, though, I know it sucks. BTW, I had to splits hams and quads simply because of the cramping and that way i could curl my legs up on quad days and straiten them out on ham days to get the cramp out. Tuesday is usually quads and Saturday Hams.
 
I train legs twice a week. Compound movements one day( squats/leg press etc.) and hams another. I read somewhere that taurine may help, has anyone heard that?
