That 673 x 2 deadlift of yours is probably my favorite. That's some seriously brutal strength.

I need to get me some chains
i really hate doing weighted dips because of the difficulty when getting into position, but with chains this problem is a non issue.

Yah the chains really help hit the chest more (pull you forward).

Do you do much cardio in the offseason? I only do 3 sessions per week, 30 minutes each, but I find it really helps with the high rep sets.
 
until recently i didnt do any, and it showed

now im a firm believer in doing it 3 times a week at low intensity for about an hour.

during prep ill bump it up to 6 times a week, but always at low intensity and high duration.
