Here is my legs workout routne
6ft4 272lbs
1.Leg extension 5 set 12 reps 170Lbs
2.Lying down leg curls 5 sets 12 reps 150Lbs
3.Barbell standing squats 4 sets 10 reps 315Lbs
4.Hack machine squats 3 sets 8 reps 450Lbs
5. Leg press machine 2 sets 10 reps 700Lbs
Now when im done i have a great pump im my legs
but why is it that my upper body has a awesome pump aswell ?
what the chemistry behide this ?
