LEGALITY of peptides

so its pretty clear what kind of testosterone is banned in the US, but what about the peptides? HGH may be an obvious one, but what about the "research peptides"? ghrp6,hexarelin,mgf,cjc,malanotan? Are they legal to possess?use?buy?

Just curious as we got into a discussion about drugs in my political science class.

WOW this is a great question. I dont think the law says you need a LICENSE to do research. If caught with them and they are not a controlled substance, then you can just say you are doing research (And you are using yourself as the test subject). I think it all depends if these substances are controlled or not.

I have had customs open a pack of GHRP-6 from china test it and send the remaining product to me with no questions asked so as for this peptide in my experience I would have to say that its prolly ok.

I've never used them, but i have always been under the impression that it's for research purposes. I have no idea if that means you have to have a lincese or what.

I would keep orders reasonable, and ask the shipper to actually try not to be shady, and be somewhat honest, like declare it as "peptide sample". Mods, if this post is a no no, feel free to gank it.

1) Are they legal?
2) If so, under what circumstances are they legal?
a. research only?
b. personal use?
c. what if they are found on my person (what if I have a pre-filled syringe?)

3) If 2)a. is "yes", what constitutes "research"?
a. does injecting myself and recording the results/changes constitute research?
i. if "no", why not?

I wish lol. My teacher is an attorney. He brought up legality of marijuana. meanwhile, I was thinking about AAS,peptides LOL
