Found this cheap lil apparatus to use for landmine squats. Not gotta buy it because it’s most likely cheaply made. But I screen shot the dimensions for me to fabricate when the weather cools off.. I’ll use some 11 or 12 gauge steel tubing so I know nothing will bend or torque!

Yooooo lol so I solved my problem. Joined a dope gym in Lauderdale called Titan. Looks like a lot of pros come visit and train here. Leg equipment for dayssss.

Looks like a good gym! Do they have a swing squat? That belt squat looks like it should work well.

Lol gonna be honest, I have no clue. Still learning about a lot of this equipment. Back when I was lifting “heavy” I really only squatted and deads. Never did any of these ancillary machines. Def excited tho and will report back after I get a few more sessions in.

With that belt squat, just be sure to get the belt resting on your hips and not up too high. If its up too high, like a weightlifting belt, it will actually put a lot of stress on your low back and mess you up bad. I know because once I was in a hurry and didnt position it right. Just one set done wrong and I was in pain bad the next 3 or 4 days.

That titan belt squat is legit, and I love donkey calf raise machines

What’s wrong with machines?
I barely do any free weights anymore, getting older, you mature in the gym as well and realize you don’t need Ronnie Coleman type work outs to grow and progress
