Both guys r true body builder beast,personally a fan of both .platz is a trainer at one of my gym.real down to earth mellow guy.always good to catch up with him.

Not sure those hacks squats are the key to his development but then again when your legs look like that you can do whatever the hell you want. Then again who knows what his knees feel like every morning.
