yea i have done some nabba shows, i have one coming up in just over 5 weeks...

How are your calves? It's hard to tell really from the pics.....

calves are my weakness, i always seemed to be able to get thigh size prettty easy but it seems that my calves won't respond much to anything that i've tried.
