i am 18 and have been training for a few years now, i want to get into bodybulding so i just started training my legs about a month ago i don't know very many leg work outs all i do is squats, legpresses, leg extensions, and leg curls.....does anybody know any better exercises to put mass on my legs and shold i be working them twice a week?
 
Front Squats my man....your gonna hate them because you are not going to be able to walk for a few days....but you wont have skinny legs either.......fair trade if ya ask me! lol
 
Lets see

Theres always heavy dumbell lundges.

or one leg presses

hack squats

front squats like awn suggested.

sissy squats

step ups

one leg smith squat

dumbell squats

or if your feeling strong try heavy barbell lunges

stiff leg heavy barbell

stiffys with dumbels

one legged curls
 
For a young man, you're on the right track....

Keep squatting!!!! Front or Regular Squats.
Core, compound movements to build mass!
Keep it simple my friend...

Doing squats is tough and candidly most guys don't do them or don't do them properly...... In all reality most don't do them because they hurt and they can be scary and they are hard.
It's easy to just say, "I heard squats are bad on your knees..." Or "It will hurt my back..." (Yah, so will golf!)

It will also help the rest of your body. Squats is really a full body workout. Calves, Hamstrings, Quads, Trunk, Heart.... It also has been proven to pull more growth hormone from the pitiutary. (Dr. Fred Hadfield)

Done properly there's very few substitutes!

For a beginner I would suggest this...
squats, stiff legged deadlifts, standing calf raises for 3-4 sets, 6-10 reps apeice. Trythat for a while and get the legs use to the workload, then try more movements!
