i am 18 and have been training for a few years now, i want to get into bodybulding so i just started training my legs about a month ago i don't know very many leg work outs all i do is squats, legpresses, leg extensions, and leg curls.....does anybody know any better exercises to put mass on my legs and shold i be working them twice a week?
