All,
Any suggestion on getting the legs to grow? I have a fake hip so To do a proper squat is hard let alone going heavy on it.
 
A lot of different ways to make them grow... leg press lungs, Smith machine squat might work for ya... let see hack squat, leg extension... the list goes on there plenty you can do without doing B squats
 
also, if u cant go too high on weight, do alot of reps:)
 
Lots of high rep sets on as many leg press variations as your gym has. My gym has 9 different types of leg press. I do 3 of those exercises plus extensions on quad day. 5-6 exercises on ham day...one legged leg curl, standing one legged leg curl, seated leg curl, lying two leg leg curls, etc.
 
Last quad workout:
Leg extension: 3 set 100 reps
Leg press: 3 set 100 reps
Reverse hack squat: 3 set 20 reps
Barbell lunges: 3 set 40 steps
All sets to failure or close too
