Well my cleansing items showed up...I am going to read up and get started on MONDAY.

I hace the colin cleanse and the detox kits...going to run it 3 months.

I am not even going to look in the toilet....I might freak out knowing that came out of me.

I jsut want to see if I am as tired or run down...I can fall right asleep after training...and nap anytime during the day.

I have a Question...not sure if you mention it in your other post, about this , but have you had a check up with your physician. I agree the colon cleanse is a good idea but I was thinking maybe it could be more than just clogged bowels making you feel run down...

I have done something similar in the past. The first 3 or 4 days you feel even worse as the toxins come out of you but then you wake up with ridiculous energy even on low calories. It's crazy!
 
You'll feel better within 2 weeks, if not 1 week, trust me.

Yeah I work in the medical field and chatted with a couple docs...and my mother's good friend is homeopathic Doc.

I have acid reflux and I use be constipated like a mother...even eating fiber and lots of veggies...I thought it was IBS...the docs said it could have been...I had TONS of stress that could have brought it on.

The Docs said with all the things I have eaten over the years, it would be a good idea to get cleaned out and detox my liver, kidneys and blood. They know I have seasonal depression in my family, but they know I do not show the signs of that.

They too want to see how I feel in 2 months.

I just had a physical and all came back good...my HDL was kind of low but not enough to raise a scare.

I will be sure and give my honest opinion.


Just some pills and tea to take.
 
You need to eat super clean, lots of vegies. Don't want to be adding any toxins to the body while you are trying to detox.
 
Damn, good luck with it mate, keep us posted also.... I too have acid reflux problem for a long time now, but never have done something you are about to venture into... keep us posted on the good and the BAD :D:D
 
definitly keep us updated, I hear so much mixed info on cleansing some say its worthless others swear by it. My gut is getting packed, its not fat but it gets big after I eat, I really think I should do this post cycle.
 
Did a harsh 24 hour cleanse once ... don't even try to flush that shit.


Could this reduce the bulging gut seen in many bodybuilders (the ones that don't use Gh)?
 
steak how ya like the taste of that tea, lol. have you gotten the stomach cramps early in the morning yet? lets just say i have "moved" some odd looking stuff:D :D

The distended abdomen caused by growth hormone has nothing to do with impacted feces or toxins in the bowels. That'd be like having a colonic because your jaw is getting bigger.

i was wondering the same thing how to eat during a cleanse. i was goint to stick to a low residual diet. rice chicken tuna oats ect. not a lot of cheating until the whole cycle is run.

Do you snore? Do you randomly quit breating while you sleep? These were symptoms I had prior to being diagnosed with Sleep Apnea. Actually - I was too tired to even workout and I could nap anywhere standing up :eek:

EDGE I am going to start on MONDAY...I am not looking forward to the herbal tea...pretty much all that tastes like shit(no pun).

about 14 months ago, I would never fall asleep at work...i would be alert and stay up until about 7am with no problems. NOw I can fall asleep mid shift while it is busy...I find myself dozzzzing off at the busiest times and this never happened before.

Yeah lots of fruits and veggies...fish, shakes, and liquid aminos.
