Letro - How fast does it act

How fast do you guys notice it taking effect?
I've always used Aromasin as a AI but decided to give letro a try this go around.

I pinned some Prop on Friday and some Sust on Sunday, Then more Sust yesterday.
I noticed I was a little puffy on Sunday so I started taking 1/4ml 2.5mg/ml letro daily to bring the estrogen down.
With Aromasin I can see the effect within about 12 hours... Not the case so far with Letro.

How soon do you guys think I should start seeing a difference?


I do still have some Aromasin around in case things don't improve soon. But I'd really rather not use it until I decide for sure that the letro isn't going to work out for me.

25mg aromasin vs 2.5mg letro is almost the exact same E2 lowering effect, about 50%. The only difference is, letro kills you sex drive, this has nothing to do with the E2 lowering.

Well if it does kill my sex drive it will end up being saved for battling gyno down the road if needed and I'll go back to Aromasin.

But the question is how fast do you notice the effects?

I would say about a week. i have read it takes a while to build but i have not seen it work that way on me.

i thought letro was much stronger than aromasin? If they are the same i need to try aromasin. Arimidex does nothing to control my estro once test doses exceed 750mg.

Also Letro wiped out my hard lump gyno in about 4 weeks at 2.5mg a day. gyno is still there but very small and no more hard lumps.

On paper that dosing might match up (letro and aromasin) but after years of using aromasin I can tell you that the differences are obvious in conditioning if you switch from aromasin to letro the last couple weeks before a show. At least from a condition standpoint, letro is far stronger and will provide dramatic changes most of the time.

I should add that it not only will kill sex drive but it can send your HDL plummeting, as well. I have seen guys never go below the low to mid 30s for HDL while on other antis and then dip close to single digits on letro.

Letro killed my libido in a week while on test and it still taking a while to recover. I was in 2.5 mgs a day

You took a shitload of letro... I plan to stabilize at 1/10 that and adjust from there.

it takes 5-7 day for letro to kick in. letro is a worst case senario for me. aromasin all day everyday best combatent for estro. i use the letro if my gyno flares while im bulking and im not on any ai. i only use for short periods.

If you got already have gyno flaring up Letro would be the way to go for sure.
If your just running a AI on cycle Aromasin is perferable but running Letro will cost me much less a day so if it keep my dry and I don't have sex drive issues I'll use it instead.

I used Letro before while on cycle and it killed my sex drive completely.
Never was even in the mood or would bother thinking about sex, that bad.
This time Im thinking about not running any anti-e during cycle and just have some on hand in case I start noticing any gyno sides.
Probably will hit the nolva, aromasin combo like swifto mentioned if worst comes to worst.

No worries, I got the info I needed anyway. I'm feeling more dry than yesterday so its working, just not as fast as Aromasin.

I have used the Nolva + Aromasin combo in the past when I got sensitive nipples... Worked great for me. Told a friend to do it when he was having issues and I never heard about it again so I assume it worked good for him too.

But doing my research on Letro I have read several times that using Nolva to deal with a gyno flare is wrong and useless...

My gyno flare protocal was:
-Bump up the Aromasin to 12.5mg/day.
-Take a Nolva a day
Once I was back to good I dropped the Nolva and adjusted my Aromasin up a little for the remainder of the cycle but down from the 12.5mg/day.

My thinking was the Nolva would bind to the receptor keeping the estrogen from being able to bind and do its thing, and the aromasin would just shut down conversion of test into estrogen so over the next couple days my estrogen levels would drop.

I always thought it worked great, but who knows... Maybe it was just the Aromasin doing the job and the Nolva really wasn't helping.

It was either 24 hours later or 48 hours later (can't remember) that letro made my gyno from my only cycle ever (Phera/Superdrol bridge) drastically shrink.

I put the above in bold because I've read in forums where people call BS on letro acting that fast.

Anybody want to chime in with a good experience of using Letro as their AI during cycle? If not I think maybe I'll just not be a cheap ass and order some more Aromasin.

Running 600mg/wk test + 400mg/wk Mastron I am not up for having no sex drive this summer.

This point is an important but little-known fact. My *guess* is that letro may be more active in the brain than other AIs, but I have nothing to back that up apart from letro's odd impact on sex drive.
