Letrozole in peptide form Q

I will be buying Letrozole 30ml in the peptide powder form..
My question is what liquid solution is used to mix with it? AA,Bac water etc.

I would like to dose it at 2.5mg/ml

peptide is made up of series of amino acids,,,very small chain

letrozole is a one chemical compound
