Ive been researching the following peptides and depending where I read about them, they all seem the same. any input on experiences with the following or personal preferences:

HEXARELIN
TESAMORELIN
IPAMORELIN

Thanks in advance. I know HGH rules and all of these have side effects such as pain in the hands.

i dont have much input on those peptides outside of having heard that ipamorelin is superior out of those as hexarelin seem to become less effective faster over time at the same dose. To get the most out of these from a GH/igf1 perspective i understand it as you want to pair it with a GHRP and pin 1-2mg/kg 2-3x a day, but its been years since i researched these things so take it with a grain of salt.

What are you utilizing the peptides for, sleep, skin/tendon/ligaments, hypertrophy?

Have you tried slowly increasing your GH dose from1-2iu by 0.5-1iu every 10-14 days and making sure you get sufficient eletrcolytes like potassium and sodium and hydration?

at what dose of GH do you get the CTS and pain in the hands?

Same here...I've tried many of these GH boosting peptides with nothing to show for it, but I hear that they only give noticeable results when stacked with anabolics, so there's that.

Well, i have been on since 2000 or so, and I'm very particular with my experiments. Only way to see if something works!

What is the issue with using HGH in while recovering a hand from surgery? I only see that helping as long as he isnt using excessive amounts like using somehting like 2-4iu just to help healing and recovery in general.

Im sure you have suggested bpc and tb500 to him as well.

There is some merit as far as i have heard to waiting to utilize these compounds until the main healing has happened though as things can heal too fast and somehow wrong if you use it too early in the process, but take that with a pinch of salt and research that yourself, its juts something i heard from someone.

I would suggest the same protocol you are using plus 200mgs of test, why test? Well technically it's not an anabolic but a hormone that could be optimized

lol, apologies brother, that was funny....

my partner experienced bad hand pain to the point he could not even pick anything up. i believe he had some deep rooted joint issues prior to using HGH. Personally, if i run 5iu of Genos my hands get pretty bad too. so im thinking nerve issues are at hand. I dont think he will see the results he is looking for with these peptides, i just wanted to see if others thought like me. if he does not want to do anabolics or HGH then i would suggest IGFLR3 with some test around 500mg/wk, nothing crazy.

my findings:
the TB500+BPC157 does seem to help with body aches and pains a 50yr old has esp on physical working days. Mt woman is a personal trainer and she feels better in the mornings as well and she has had extensive back surgeries in her past.
HGH makes us feel and look younger also
not sure what the HGK has done as my skin has always been in good shape
the Semax/Selank seems to work as my moods have been good despite quitting smoking reefer 3 months ago. at 1st i was irratable and now i dont mind chatting with strangers and staff at Walmart! lol

This depends a lot upon experience, protocol… I have used the above extensively for years and best results were mixing hgh with tesamorelin. Increase in fat loss while muscle remained full and weight increases slightly but the doses I see are usually not sufficient. Again, that depends on experience, history and body responsiveness. Hate to say it but best way to find out is to try, ipam woked well for me but I needed a very large amount and it was cost prohibitive. Lower dose hgh daily mixed with tesa mixed in 2 x daily does my body very well, though dose is much higher than I see posted or recommended. However I am earlier fifties, 30+ years of obsessive training and long history with compounds. Early to mid 40s I changed over to more peptide use and have tried most, I rarely see folks giving more accurate dosing required for visible results. There are several here for example that give it to people straight on peps like bpc, tb… advising that more than most believe is required to experience the results most of us seek. Not to say lower dose will not provide benefits but most of us want changes we can see, feel… and that requires more than 100mcg 2x daily for those of us that have years in the game

There's too many side effects with the GH releasing peptides vs GH and the cost is comparable. Too much prolactin and ghrelin release from them for me to use. I prefer low doses of GH - just enough to get my IGF boosted a little over normal.

Not even HGH itself is hypertrophic standalone. Doesn’t put on any tissue even at large doses. Its synergistic effect with aas is what causes growth. Looking for a unicorn in this thread.
